How do I request a revenue statement?
Revenue statements should be mailed with your revenue check. To request a missing or additional copy, contact Owner Relations and include your owner number and the statement period.
How do I update my mailing address or ownership?
Use the corresponding form above to start the request. An address update and an ownership change are different requests; choose the form that matches the change you need.
I returned a division order. What should I do next?
For a status question, include your owner number, the property name, and the date you returned the documents. Ask Owner Relations to confirm the status of your account and any additional information needed. Do not assume a document submission by itself confirms the next payment date.
Who can help with a JIB or an accounts receivable balance?
Use Owner Relations to request the appropriate billing contact. Include your owner number, property name, statement period, and invoice reference so the question can be directed to the right person.
What should I include when contacting you?
