OUR APPROACH
Understand the asset.
Do the work well.
Engineering leads the evaluation. The right technical expertise adds depth. Hands-on operations turn the plan into work in the field.
Our engineering-led approach starts with how the wells and facilities perform, what limits that performance, and which changes may be practical. The evaluation also needs to account for the geology, land position, costs, and obligations associated with the property.
Engineering
Production history, reservoir and well performance, artificial lift, facility constraints, and potential work.
Geology & land
Geological context, technical potential, the interests being acquired, access, lease terms, and associated obligations.
Operations & economics
Maintenance and reliability, operating costs, capital needs, execution risks, and asset retirement requirements.
Hands-on operations connect engineering analysis with field decisions. We prioritize reliable daily production, maintenance, and targeted work—such as workovers, recompletions, artificial lift changes, and facility improvements—where they address a defined constraint.
Our work continues after a project is completed. We monitor performance, respond to changing conditions, and manage each property with attention to safe operations, landowner relationships, and eventual retirement obligations.
Technology should serve the operation.
Monitoring and field information can support better decisions when applied appropriately. The priority is useful information and a practical response—not technology for its own sake.
Each capital project needs a clear technical and economic reason. We weigh the proposed work against its expected benefit, cost, execution risk, and the longer-term needs of the asset.
Not every opportunity calls for additional capital. We invest where the work has a credible path to improve production, reliability, or operating efficiency, and we revisit those decisions as conditions change.
Where we focus
We evaluate conventional producing oil and natural gas properties along the Gulf Coast on their individual technical, operating, and economic merits.
A practical plan starts with a conversation.
